How do you ship?
We ship all our products with the local post office.
How much are your shipping costs?
For shipping to Germany or other EU countries and Switzerland I charge you a shipping rate of 5,00 EUR. If you live in Austria, I charge 3,00 EUR for shipping. From an order value of 111 EUR your shipment is free of charge.
How long does it take for you to ship?
Your delivery of goods in stock will reach you within 2-5 days.

It depends on the product - in the description is says if the product can be washed in the washing machine or if it's for hand wash only.
